Thank you for shopping with MERDIONGJI. We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
